The US Federal Government has a beautiful name.
The root of which in Latin means covenant.
It was a beautiful thing to stand in Nancy Pelosi's office and
Watch her ask Paul Broun to place his hand on the Bible.
To hear her say, "The one who holds the Bible is the one we trust."
That the oath of office is what makes Dr. Broun a congressman.
Entering into covenant with God
Is what makes the government in America great
It makes Americans free from tyrrany.
Alas it is broken covenant with God
Infidelity and unfaithfulness that brings the people into bondage.
Oh, let us pray for our leaders that they would have fidelity
To the One to Whom they swear oath of office.

Powerful words from Ms. Pelosi if they are true,
Though above all in God we trust.
Politicians are appointed ministers of God;
Even when they abuse their ministry.
Every office is held according to God's providence,
But what cause for rejoicing when the faithful triumph;
When those who gain power as ministers of God strictly hold their exercise of it accountable to Him;
When they that attain the power of the sword use it to stay the hands of the slayers of the innocent.
Yes, Dr. Broun is recognized as a congressman because he has taken the oath of office, but it is God Himself who delegates authority to him.
As we weep over our harlot nation,
Let us be glad in God's goodness to give us a congressman who will keep covenant with Him:

Tools of dominion are required to fulfill the wonderful vision of reclaiming this state, this nation, this world for Christ.
You know how to use them; you do use them for the glory of God and the advancement of His glorious kingdom.
